When did ASUR begin trading on the stock markets?

On the 28th of September 2000, ASUR carried out an IPO to sell 73.9% of its stock simultaneously on the NYSE and the BMV.

Additionally, on the 8th of March 2005, a secondary share offer was carried out on the BMV for 11.1% of ASUR’s capital. As a result, 85% of the total equity of the company (the B Series shares) is on the stock markets.

With the sale of an additional 7.35% of the company’s shares carried out by ASUR’s Strategic Partner (Inversiones y Técnicas Aeroportuarias, S.A.P.I. de C.V.) in June 2007, in total 92.35% of the company’s shares are now traded on the stock markets. The remaining 7.65% is still held by the Strategic Partner.
