Aurelio Pérez Alonso

Mr Aurelio Pérez Alonso is a non-independent member of our Board of Directors. He has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Grupo ADO since 2006, and has been a member of that company’s Board of Directors since 2005. Before joining the Group in 1998, Mr Pérez Alonso was a consultant for Arthur Andersen. Currently he is also a member of the Board of Directors of CANAPAT (Mexico’s National Chamber of Intercity and Tourism Transportation).
