Diana M. Chávez
Ms Diana M. Chávez is an independent member of our Board of Directors. She is the Executive Director and Chairperson of the Board of CIFAL, a private sector centre promoting research for the implementation of United Nations sustainability goals and initiatives in Bogotá, Colombia. She is also the Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of UNITAR, the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, in Geneva, Switzerland. Between 2009 and 2017, she was the Executive Director for the Latin America and Caribbean Regional Centre of the UN Global Compact in Bogotá, and prior to that was the Local Network Coordinator of the Global Compact in Mexico. She studied business administration and international studies at the Monterrey Institute of Technology.
